Pavilion

The embodiment of recreation at Seven Lakes is the 40,000 sq. ft Pavilion, an extravagant complex that houses a multitude of leisure time activities. The Atrium within the Pavilion is a giant covered patio providing a unique and serene setting for socialization with friends and neighbors. Creativity abounds with special hobby rooms for woodworking, painting, sculpting and more. Leisure activity options include a Billiards Room with two tables for a challenging game. There are two Card Rooms for hosting a relaxing game of cards, plus a Poker Room for those who want to live on the edge.

Residents who prefer a solitary activity like reading, there is a library featuring hundreds of books from popular authors to other publications and magazines. For meetings, the Pavilion has Conference Rooms with the latest technology to conduct meetings with residents and off-site participants. Last but not least is the Auditorium, an assembly hall with its own stage, bar and kitchen, making it ideal to host concerts, dances and any social event.
