The fee for preparation and delivery of the estoppel certificate is $299.00. If the account is delinquent, an additional $179.00 fee will apply. If the estoppel is needed within three (3) business days, an additional $119.00 fee will apply. An additional fee will be charged for any estoppel requested involving multiple units.
